I was recommended the custom fit and wished I shelled out the extra time and money for that since a lot of my teammates and coaches seem happy with that.I tried to form this multiple times. Last time seemed very promising as it felt like it was forming and holding to my teeth. After a minute of forming, I let go of the suction and remove my fingers from my mouth. Looked and felt like I took it out of the bag.I've owned a lot of mouthguards over more than two decades of sports and I am disappointed in this. Does not stay in place. It does feel durable, but because of how loose it is my teeth and jaw do not feel protected.Get the custom fit if you decide to go with this.

Had to mold like 3 times but now fits well. Doesn't fall out and son loves that he can talk with it.

These are great. The custom ones are the best but these easy boil ones work great and last a long time if you take care of them. Lasted many many sparring sessions and USA BOXING fights

Seems a bit thin for the price but decent for training not for an actual fight

This is exactly what a mouth guard is supposed to be like. Put in boiling water for 25 seconds give or take, put in cool water for a second or so put in mouth and bite while sucking in. Highly recommend
