I purchased this product to enjoy the benefits of Shilajit without the tarry flavor. I prefer to take it daily because it is not sticky and hard to use like tar. I hope the results are the same.

Easy to take
I like that this gummy is easier to ingest compared to liquid gummies. The flavor is also better. You only need to take two gummies a day with meals. I use these gummies for overall health and to boost energy.
