Amazing flavors, freshly roasted and packed!
Each bag has freshly roasted and packed coffee beans, which is so important to those who really care about the flavors of their coffee (as opposed to those who consume coffee for caffeine). And the flavors are amazing!I decided to buy the Rwanda beans for my shaken espresso with orange and espresso Romano because Rwandan beans are known for the fruity, citrusy flavor. When I tasted it by itself, though, I was able to taste layers of deep, complex flavors - bourbon, wine, fruits, etc. So, I did make the shaken espresso and espresso Romano as intended and they turned out wonderfully, but I also made a couple of batches of cold brew, which was equally amazing.I'm glad I have this on my Save & Subscribe list. I would like to try other beans by this roaster, too!

Nonrefundable!!!
The coffee itself is good. I ordered whole bean but yet I received ground coffee. Not what I ordered and the item is nonrefundable...

Beans appear old and dry
I dont expect medium roast to be oily like a dark roast, but these beans looked dry and shriveled, as if they are old instead of fresh roasted. Flavor was also woody and mild, nothing like other coffee I have had of the same origin.

Good Rwandan Coffee
I found this to be a good example of Rwandan coffee, which has a unique flavor to me. The roast was fresh and spot-on. After the first two cups, I got the grind and water ratio correct to my taste and enjoyed every last drop.

Great coffee
This was an interesting coffee. It hits your tongue with a dark roast taste, but then immediately transitions into a medium/light roast taste. Wow, so nice.

I've yet to have a bad cup of Rwandan coffee...
The soil in Rwanda must be very fertile, and the climate just right for growing good coffee trees.
