Absolutely five stars! I’m so glad I followed my instincts and read through the reviews before purchasing. This modular sofa is not only beautiful and elegant—it’s also incredibly comfortable. Had I not read the reviews beforehand, I probably would’ve rated it three stars due to the unclear assembly instructions. However, because of what others shared, I reached out to the seller in advance and requested both written instructions and a video on how to assemble the modular pieces. That made a huge difference. I ordered the 6-piece modular sofa with two ottomans, and later added two more ottomans for extra comfort in my theater room. I assembled most of the sofa myself—my husband was busy with work, but he helped when I needed some extra strength (especially moving the boxes upstairs). You will definitely need two people for setup, and someone strong to handle the heavier parts. The packaging is tight, and some components are secured inside the seating—my husband had to help unzip and re-zip the covers once we pulled everything out. The linen material is soft and very comfortable. Even though the frame is wood, it’s not bulky or noticeable. The cushions and pillows are plush and oversized, making the entire setup cozy and luxurious. When covering the cushions, make sure the mesh lining is unzipped and faces the bottom of the frame. Use the Velcro straps on the frame to keep the cushions in place—especially on the ottomans, so they stay secure even when you open them. It took me about four hours to assemble everything solo, but with full help, it would’ve taken about two hours. All my boxes arrived in one shipment, though one ottoman was missing. I contacted the seller immediately—they responded right away and had it scheduled for delivery the next day (about a 1.5-day turnaround). Shipping was impressively fast—the sofa arrived 2–3 days after I ordered, much earlier than expected. There have been no issues with feathers, and honestly, the sofa just sucks you in—perfect for relaxing or falling asleep. This purchase was worth every penny. I’m confident this same sofa would cost $4,000 or more in retail stores. I saw similar pieces for double or even triple the price. This one? Elegant, luxurious, and a total showstopper. Your guests will love it. Your family will want one. And you’ll be glad you bought it. I am beyond satisfied—this modular cloud sofa exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful, comfortable work of art, and I’m proud to have it in my media room. Trust me—buy it. You won’t regret it.

I love this couch. It’s much more comfortable than my old couch which was the goal. It’s big and perfect for my space. It was pretty easy to put together. I was able to get one done by myself but it was obviously a much easier process with help. I rated it a 4 because one of the pegs that goes to connect the back rest to the base was bent. There was no way I was going to return everything or repack it all up so I had to hire someone to bend the piece so I could use it. When I reached out to the seller about it. They offered me a $50 refund, which I took because I didn’t have the energy to fight about it. Shipping was $250 and the $50 barely covered the person I hired so it just ended up being more of a headache than I needed at the time, but it’s ultimately a nice couch. Watch out for splinters. The bottom is unfinished wood.

I was initially pleased with the delivery time and the overall size of the sectional. The sofa itself met my expectations in terms of comfort and appearance. However, the sectional covers that came with it were noticeably too small, which was disappointing considering the price point. The sectional cost me $1,781.00, and when I reached out to return it, the company insisted that I cover the shipping cost. The sectional arrived in six individual boxes, and they quoted $500 per box to ship it back—totaling over $3,000, which is almost twice what I originally paid. That made absolutely no sense to me. On top of that, they refused to offer a refund or provide any help with the return process. So now I’m stuck having to purchase a replacement sectional after already spending $1,781.00 on this one. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service and return policy. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Real person with a real review, you won’t regret! The perfect size it looks so nice in my living room like quality. I spent money, family, portraits, couch, lounge, and watch movies couch, sleepovers couch storage room. Takes up my whole wall in the best way 😍 comes out just from against the wall that gives it a luxurious look, I have the LED fireplace with 84 inch TV A few plants or whatever you like My Baby throw blankets and a few pillows chef kiss thank me later even the guys compliment you on this set not just the ladies you got money if you got this lol at least it looked like it! I got full-size the whole thing 2 ottomans. Black isn’t black is more like charcoal but that’s OK. It looks good. 😊 Super sturdy but very comfortable like it’s gonna last for years easy to put together please push the button you deserve it!

I wanted to love this couch. I do love that it's modular and has storage in the ottoman. And even though it was a pain to have to put the material on the couch...it's nice that it can be taken off to wash. However, the material is rough, itchy and makes you hot. The cushions are firm and flat, not comfortable at all. You can feel the wood through the cushions where the seats connect. The fact that the couch has cloud in the name is very misleading. The middle seat back cushion is way thicker than the other cushions making it look strange and out of place and the ottoman cushion does not attach to the ottoman it just sits there on top. The picture makes it look like it's attached. Very inconvenient to have to take cushion off everytime you want to open storage. The couch arrived within the delivery time frame but the ottoman took almost a month to show up. The seller was responsive and kept me up to date on status once inquired. Over all I do regret buying this couch. If I could return it I would. Lesson learned, will not buy a couch online again.

I normally don’t write reviews but this couch was a total win for our family. I assembled it by myself. However, the covers are insanely difficult to get on with the instructions because they don’t explain. I couldn’t find reviews that mentioned how to do it either so I will: The black mesh part goes on the bottom and like up the seams. I worked from the bottom up. Placed it around the sides and zipped then pulled it up from there. Still tight and a bit sketchy but once you get it it’s easier. Make sure to not zip the bottom until complete and line up the seams!!!!!!! We wanted a 7th Avenue couch because we have two dogs and we wanted a fabric couch that had washable covers! This one has it all. It’s also very comfortable! We were anxious about buys a couch on amazon but this one was worth the risk! We shopped around for so long and got the dream couch with the budget. Highly recommended. We’ve had it about a week now.

I’ve been looking forever for the perfect couch and I’m so indecisive. I read the numerous reviews and I decided to take a chance and I’m so happy I did. The couch is big and the grey is beautiful. I just keep looking and admiring it. It’s so comfy I don’t want to get up. The seller was extremely helpful! I love this couch!!!

I, like I’m sure most of you are, was skeptical to buy a couch from Amazon. I live in a rural area so I spent months shopping online for what I wanted at a good price. When the couch I originally selected was out of stock, I stumbled upon this one, and for a lower price. One note I will make is if you choose to get an ottoman, MEASURE! It is gigantic. Price: 5/5 I saw several couches for much higher prices and worse reviews. Quality: 5/5 each piece is constructed with a sturdy wooden frame Assembly: 5/5 They pack all the parts for each piece into the bottom of the base. From there you remove all your parts and get to work. I was nervous about the covers after reading the reviews. Once you figure out how they should go on, it’s very easy! The reviews mentioning it being super tight and their fabric ripped, I think they were trying to stretch them on in a manner they shouldn’t have. They fit nice and snug but I never felt like I had to fight the fabric and risk it ripping. Start with your section sitting upright and work your way down. Don’t try and work from the bottom up. Comfort: 4/5 I am giving this a 4 because it looks like it’d be a very squishy couch, but it is actually very firm. I don’t mind a firm couch and find it comfortable, but my husband would prefer it to be less firm. We’ve had the couch for less than a week, but I think over time if it doesn’t soften up or he doesn’t adjust, we could re-stuff the cushions with something more plush. Customer service: 5/5 customer service was PHENOMENAL. They were extremely responsive and gave me updates along the way. Each piece ships separately so they supplied me with each individual tracking number. After receiving the couch they checked in with me to see how I liked it and if it met my expectations. If you’ve been looking for a cloud couch look, end your search and buy this!
