Q: Does this come with an actual physical game cart or just a download code for the game?

The one i bought had the physical game card in it but i believe you can get the digital download if you would rather have that.

Q: Why is this product delayed when preordered?

Studio MDHR wanted "The Delicious Last Course" DLC to be included in the physical version, but due to COVID-19 delays it pushed back from it's original release date, until the DLC development is completed.
