It was amazing! It came with all the things and the code worked! (I got the posey doll btw), it was a bit difficult to claim the code but I found out at the end. But when I wanted to trade the items, I wrote trading posey doll and got banned for 1 day, but this isn't amazons fault, so in still giving it a 5 stars, just be careful when saying posey on roblox

Came in perfect box but after opening the virtual item code was already scratched, there was NO protective film over it and wasn't in a foil. Obviously it didn't work as it looks like it's been already used & put back in the box, returned for refund, sold again. Not fair as paying for full and complete product here. As you can imagine, my daughter was Very dissapointed.

The product itself was fine however i tried putting in the code but it said it had already been claimed even though it was not scratched off or anything. So just beware!
