The lumbar pillow was included, but it didn’t have the strap the instructions showed for adjusting it up and down. The headrest pillow and strap were and included and work perfectly. It rolls around easily, the height adjustment works fine, and the recline is smooth. The footrest turned out better than I expected—nice and sturdy, and it doesn’t make the chair tip over as I was thinking it might. The size is just right for adults. I wanted a big-and-tall chair, and this one fits perfectly—roomy, supportive, and comfortable. On top of that, the price was affordable, and the quality is excellent, which makes it feel like a great value.
