Product is easy to use and does what its supposed to. The taser works. I haven't tried it on anyone (and honestly I hope I don't have to). I was honestly more worried about the alarm rather than the taser. I was worried that the alarm wouldn't be loud enough but boy was I wrong. When i first tried it I scared myself by how loud it was. The only thing is that it feels cheap like the plastic. For the price I think it could be a better material but overall it's a good product and does the job.

works but the first one arrived all scratched up and looked more like a childs toy phone, thought it was a return that they shipped to me so I sent it back for a replacement.the 2nd one arrived in the same condition and its out of my way to return it so i just gifted it out.I ordered better ones that arrived looking good like a real cell phone and half the price, so shop around on Amazon before buying these.
