UV Protection Cooling Shawl Arm Sleeve Sports Bolero-Golf, Cycle, outdoor sports

I purchased to wear running and potentially cycling. I won't wear this cycling as I have purchased another for that purpose now. This feels good, keeps you cool (I wet it first) and protects from the sun. The big negative I have for this and will still search for another running Bolero is that it does NOT provide full coverage on your back shoulder blades if you are wearing tank tops. You will end up burned and still require sunscreen on your back with this product.It runs small, I'm 5'3" size 4 / 6 (150#) and a large does not cover my back shoulders adequately and they do not have an XL. I found another brand with an XL, but it is less than an inch bigger and thus not worth the exchange as it won't solve the challenge.It does cover your shoulders and arms and has a cooling effect in hot weather running, so there is a positive and thus an "It's OKAY" rating.Disappointed and still searching.

I'm glad I read other reviews and ordered the large size even though I normally take a medium. These run small so I'd suggest ordering one size larger to get the right fit. That said, I LOVE this shawl type arm sleeves! I wear them under my golf shirt. They provide the UV protection I was looking for, made of good quality material and, best of all I don't have to worry about them being too short or slipping down like typical protective sleeves do. They are holding up very well after several washings. Several of my friends have purchased them, too, based on my experience.

Very comfortable, does not feel like I'm even wearing anything. I'm 5'5", 125lbs and the small fit me fine.. Still some room in the arms if I was heavier, as in its not skin tight.. though its stays put, doesn't ride up or bunch up anywhere... perfect arm length. I use this for tennis, even swimming. I prefer it to sunscreen. A terrific price.. wish there were color options.

I saw this one lady wearing this cooling shawl arm at the golf course, I asked where I could get it on Amazon. So I found it, and ordered it.I loved this. It is so comfortable and soft.The shawl works perfectly ... not only for UV protection, but also for keeping my arms cool.I don't like feeling the compress of the elastic area of most sleeves, but this did not compress at all. I would definitely recommend this shawl.I ordered Medium that is true to size.I will wear the shawl for cycling, hiking, outdoor sports, and never worry about the sleeves sliding down.

Ordered a medium. I am 5'7", weigh 137 lbs and considered to have small bones. It was definitely too small so I sent it back and just got a large which seems to fit fine. Have not played golf in it yet but will see. Believe I will really like it but plan on ordering another one in an extra large, try it and if it's too big I will give it away to my friend and order myself another large. The material is very comfortable and the concept is great. Looks really good with a shell

I just love the concept of the sleeve/shawl, it's so much nicer than feeling the bands on your upper arm or occasionally tugging to keep them up. They are also nice to have the coverage if wearing a sleeveless top. I wear a size 8 or medium top, the arm width is very comfortable (not high compression) and the length of the arms is perfect, however, it is snug in the front armpit area. Someone mentioned it deteriorating after washing and I haven't had an issue, however I do throw all my sleeves and shrugs in a lingerie bag to keep them all together and let them air dry (they dry quickly).

I returned this item. Too tight around the armpits and I don't think it would be any more comfortable in a larger size. Nice idea, but it doesn't cut it.

This fits nicely under a golf shirt and is much cooler than I expected. I am 6' tall and I wish the sleeves were a bit longer but they should be good for the typical woman.
