V-one Wired USB Gaming Controller Gamepad Joystick for PC (Windows XP/7/8/10/11) & Steam & Android & PS3 - Red

Device works great!

Been using this for about a month now. Arrived with no spongy buttons (pretty typical with lesser known brands). Controller is responsive and joysticks are accurate. It feels good in the hand, not overly light or cheap feeling. Rumble motors work as expected.It's hard to say how much time in total I have used this between the various games I have played, but can say I have play Monster Hunter World for 120 hours so far with this without issues or signs of premature failure. I'm very happy with this and would definitely recommend it to others.UpdateI have now had a chance to test this device in Linux and can confirm this does not work out of the box for Linux. It is detected by both the xpad and xboxdrv drivers, but the inputs appear to be coming across as raw inputs. In otherwords, none of the buttons, dpad or analogs work. Since the device is detected you should be able to go through and manually configure all the inputs, but I would rather suggest that if you plan to game in Linux that you get a different xinput controller.

Pros:- Controller feels good to hold- Looks good. The "V" stands for victory. It is your battle cry in gaming!- There is a turbo function.Cons:- The d-pad can occasionally be unresponsive, requiring repeat presses.- The sensitivity on the sticks is off. A mid push registers as a near full push. An even slighter push is required for the expected result, e.g., for walking, or for a more sensitive aim.- Deactivating the turbo function is tricky. Sometimes deactivating it works, other times you just have to pull the cable and reinsert the cable.

Skepctile to buy, glad i did. The size and weight of controller feels like Name Brand. Worked as soon as i pluged in usb Socket. The games i play are not to intensive so it works for me. Looks cool too. Response and Stick Controllers are good.

I'm quite happy with what I got given the price of this controller. However by settling at this price point I did have a major drawback. I haven't seen anyone else touch on this, but when this controller is left plugged in to my PC, it makes it so that my display no longer turns off due to inactivity, which prevents my PC from going into sleep mode. But when I unplug the controller and awaken the PC from sleep mode and try to plug the controller back to play games, it won't work anymore despite repeated unplugging and replugging of the controller. The only solution that works is to completely restart my PC, which isn't a big deal considering I have an NVMe SSD, but it gets really annoying when I'm constantly having to restart every time I want to play something with my controller after my PC has gone to sleep once. Again, I'm happy with what I got for the price point, but this one issue is so annoying I nearly considered a 2 star review.

I ordered this a year ago for rocket league. I just wanted a cheap controller to use on my pc, because I didnt want to spend a bunch on one for a game I didn't play much at the time. But a year later, it works just as well as it did when I first got it, buttons feel great, triggers work great too. The only slight issue is the way the bumpers feel, they are a little wobbly compared to an Xbox or PS bumper. The turbo mode is nice to have, though I dont have a use for it. The texture of the controller is nice, I like the matte, and soft feel it has. Its not just a smooth plastic, its got good texture. One more slight issue for myself personally is I have large hands, so the grips feel small to me, but so do any controllers grips.

As a former console player (Atari, Nintendo & Super Nintendo, Xbox/360/One & Playstation 2/3/4) turned strictly PC gamer, my preference is for the Xbox layout in a gaming controller. I was using an old wired Xbox 360 Air Flo Controller, but the joysticks were wearing out. The wireless Xbox One & other 360 controllers I still have will not connect without purchasing a separate Wireless Receiver which costs about as much as this new controller did. Plus this avoids having to use batteries or setting up a charging station.This controller fits my hands well. The turbo function is easy to use. The ability to switch the D-pad & joystick might prove useful for when the joystick starts to wear out (number one cause of controller death in my experience). All the buttons & triggers feel solid. It performed well on a sensitivity test I ran through a Steam game. Also performed well in the 6 games: 2 driving, 2 first person, & 2 third person I decided to test it out on. Would definitely recommend for PC/Steam/Epic games use &/or if you have friends who play Xbox, but you have a PS3.

The controller sticks are super stiff and not easy to pin point things or turn when you really need too. The feel of the controller is also very odd. I just am not pleased with it.

Product works great with Windows 10. Easy to program and worth the price. Seller was easy to work it and helpful.

This is great controller. I have purchased many cheap controllers in the past that were just terrible this one on the other hand feels great works well and even has rumble built in. When connected to PC it shows up as Xbox 360 controller and installs and is ready to go right away. The back L&R buttons seems a little feeble but it is very responsive. I did plug it into my Xbox one but it did not work. I never purchased it for the Xbox one so not a big deal. It also came with the little adaptor to connect it to a smart phone i have not tried that yet but i am impressed it was not an add on item.
