Anti-Theft Classic Essential Messenger Bag

I have been using Travelon bags for years. They are well made and give you peace of mind with their anti theft features. I have one that I have been using daily for 10 years and it shows very little wear. I purchased this particular purse because it is large enough to carry whatever I need but not too large so that I would fill it with things I don’t need. That was becoming an issue with my other Travelon purse which I will continue to use when I actually travel. Initially the inside front zipper came out of alignment when I was inspecting my new purchase but it was easy enough to get it working again. It has two no zipper pockets inside. One of which easily fits my reading glasses. There is also an inside zippered pocket and a key strap. The front pocket easily fits my iPhone 14 and has many card pockets which are RFID blocking . I have a small wallet that does that so I use them for little things like toothpicks and mints. The color of this particular purchase was represented as purple but in my opinion it is actually indigo blue. A little disappointing but not a game changer. I am quite happy with my new purse.

Great for travel. This bag is tough, water resistant and doesn’t easily get dirty. Strap is adjustable and works well as cross body. Used for international travel and external zipper pockets handy for stowing plane tickets and frequently accessed items. Multiple internal zipping pockets great for keeping passport and cash safe and accessible. As nice or nicer than much more costly similar bags.

Happy traveling through airports, shops, London tube and museums knowing my credit cards and other info was protected! Lots of room, but not a huge bag. Holds everything you need and the straps are reinforced so they can’t be cut. I’m not a paranoid person, but this bag does give you a sense of security so you can enjoy traveling.

Lovely purse for travel with several small pockets and good anti theft feature where the zippers lock. However, it is not big enough for my iPad 10th generation to fit with its case. I also prefer a travel bag with a spot for a water bottle. If I did not require the iPad and the water bottle, I would probably keep this purse. The fabric is sturdy and higher quality than the thin nylon ones. Looks like a very sturdy bag!

Love this bag! I felt safe. The whole time I had no worries that something would get stolen. It’s so sturdy my only thought at some point was “if someone tries to grab it and run they will be dragging me because this won’t break!”. Plenty of pockets, the hooks on the zippers are a great function. The mini flashlight was super helpful! Very comfortable and roomy.

It's a great travel bag. Not too big, not too heavy. Nice to have locking zippers.

Nice bag but to narrow for my needs. I happily gave it to a friend who will use it soon on a trip. It will keep a lot of things. I like the antitheft features. Passport, wallet keys, maybe a Kindle sunglasses a battery pack but definitely not a camera not unless you have a pocket one.

Love the bag. Perfect size! Used it on vacation and for everyday. Holds all my essentials. Only issue is the lining would get caught in the zipper. The lining was much larger than it needed to be. Once I freed the caught zipper I hand stitched (purple in the photo) the lining to the bag - works great now. In the photo, I pulled the lining up so you could see the extra.

An excellent bag for holidays and fits a small water bottle. Deters pick pockets once they see the locking mechanisms.

This bag is the best! Holds a lot of stuff. Initially bought for trip to Europe and it was perfect. The safety features are really effective. love this handbag so much, bought it in several colours and use it as my everyday bag. Worth every penny. Highly recomment
