Good, Solid Plastic Mount. Gooseneck itself is metal.
[COMBO] DropOptics Nest Cam & Dropcam Pro Gooseneck Mounting Arm + Case for Outdoor Dropcam Case Mounting Clear Lens shows a lot of reflection at night from infrared lamps, because its crystal clear in daytime or indoors when lights are on. I mounted it indoors becaue I needed the gooseneck for mounting.Camera gets almost too hot to touch inside the enclosure, so I left the back off and punched the lens out for ventilation and to kill the reflection at night. No good if you are mounting outdoors. I don't know if heat affects the life of the camera.
