I got this bike for me and my son. It is our first E-bike. The bike very easy to assemble with easy to read instruction manual. Bike has very solid construction. What I like most about the bike is the seat comfort. It is wider and thick support that makes it more comfortable on long trails when normal seats wears you out. Also the seat extension gives another small rider to ride along also providing foot rests.Bike is rides great and super-fast!

Bought this bike for my son. Bike is very well built. Assembly was fairly straightforward. Bike is bigger than I expected. But it’s a solid bike. My son loves it. He’s put over 60 miles on it after only a couple weeks. Of course I had to give it a try after I put it together. It’s pretty fast and very comfortable. The big saddle is nice to have. Haven’t tested the battery life. But it’s not on the charger very often and my son rides it to school every day.Overall I’m very happy with this bike. Solid. Comfortable. Fast. And fun to ride.

brakesVerified PurchaseSo to start things off this bike is really good for commuting it's got the essentials for traffic when it comes to lights and is really easy to assemble however, the things I had disliked is the kickstand needs to be more secure it started to come lose after a few rides and after that a bolt had popped off on ride there was no way of finding it. And when I initially had opened it and assembled it the left turn signal is synced to the headlight which shouldn't happen honestly it's good for the price when starting out but the fact there's a possibility that your gonna have to replace things after not even having it for a week makes it kinda iffy otherwise if you Mr just getting for point A to B it'll do it's job

Back wheel was shipped flat and w an edge on it, feels like I'm riding on a warped , vibrating back wheel and brake line installation concerns that demonstrate laziness and carelessness w installion done prior to packaging. The brake line was ran outside of the steel ring that is welded to frame of bike, instead of inside it, and not that it was missed, but their tech used a black plastic ziptie that hides it to the black frame. I feel like that ring is there and is metal for a reason, and should have been taken apart and rerun back through the ring to protect the cable. If that plastic ziptie broke, the brake line hits the wheel...I think that could be an issue. I'll have to disassemble bike i think. I've submitted email to company w issue, voicing my concern of allowing my teenage child to ride this fast bike. I am currently waiting reply to tell me how to fix the issue, and if it is safe for us to even ride?Contacted the seller multiple times, and they told ME to replace the back tire. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

This bike has been very good since I’ve gotten it together and the customer service has been very easy to communicate with. It’s fun to ride, the size is easily manageable for my height, good quality for the price, the power and battery lasts longer than I anticipated, and it just looks very clean and more like a moped style bike. I had a hard time with some things but the customer service was simple and helped me out.

The build quality is very good. The bike was easy to put together. Battery life is exceptional. The bike is well worth the money you spent on the bike. Performance is great it gets up and go with little effort.

The bike is good it runs Quite nicely compared to some others I’ve had It goes as fast as I said it does it was missing a few screws. I had to supply them from somewhere else because they were rather vital parts other than that would recommend.
