If you’re a petite girl and really want to gain weight and see it come on within lease a month or two this is one of the best protein powder is milk replacement out there I believe in my opinion the flavor is really good. The strawberry and banana flavor. I feel like it’s really good and can’t be mixed with other things as well. I haven’t had another flavor. I’ve been saying true to the strawberry and banana, but if it’s not broken, I don’t fix it so it works perfect for me as well as me feeling pretty full with drinking it but not too full to wear I can’t have a breakfast on the side or maybe a lunch on the side but as time goes on your appetite will build so it will allow you to probably be able to eat, and drink around same time, if that’s what you’re aiming for. It’s super easy to use either milk or water. It totally depends on you.. it dissolves pretty good but I do suggest that you blend it for a nice period of time

I triple checked their claims in the Amazon descriptions and theyre wrong. The nutrition facts on the back of the bag state it’s 550 calories per 1 serving and each serving is 2 scoops. The Amazon description claims it’s 1100 calories per serving which is incorrect. Other than that, the taste is great.

I'm a certified fitness instructor and purchased this for my grandson who is getting into bodybuilding. This is a very good product in that it has plenty of protein and calories without having to pound down 6 to 10 scoops of the powder every day. This is an excellent example of getting the most bang for your buck.

So, this is actually a great product. But the information on the label is VERY misleading. I can tell by many of these reviews that most people are not even aware of how so because it is very "discreet" . Be advised that IN ORDER TO MEET 1100 CALORIES AS ADVERTISED ON THE FRONT OF THE BAG, REQUIRES 4 ENTIRE SCOOPS . That's a LOT. and at 53 dollars, that is 10 servings . it is misleading because at a glance, it is written to make the consumer believe that they are going to get 56 g protein and 1100 calories in a serving, but when you actually really sit down and read the back, 😬, turns out you need 2 servings of 2 scoops every serving, in order to have those values. Be aware these scoops are BIG . And two full scoops, which is one serving and 550 calories, is so thick and sweet even using over 20 ounces of skim /non fat milk or water that it is sickening and you have to just get it down the hatch to stomach it. I cannot freaking imagine 4, obviously they know this bc they have it divided up this way!! Also the more scoops you use, you will get an increasingly weird aftertaste. It is not bitter but it goes down that road. So I'm saying this is still a great product, because using one scoop at a time in my coffee, or with at least 16oz milk, it dissolves great and isn't so bad. The most important part, even at one scoop, weight gain has been made at 7 pounds this month. Some days I will have 3-4 scoops spread out. The extreme version of this only had less protein and more calories, it's basically carbohydrates and you need even more to reach the 2500 values they advertise on that one, so this one would be the recommended one. I do think compared to the other gainers especially the quality ingredient, this particular one is an excellent choice given people understand the breakdown ratio for servings .

Je partage mon avis sur ce produit parce que j'ai mis énormément de temps à trouver quelque chose qui me fasse prendre du poids. La Mutant Mass 1100 je ne la digére pas, mal de ventre et j'en passe. Mais celle ci est juste exceptionnelle. En 1 mois et demi j'ai pris 10kg alors qu'en règle générale je prend 2kg tout les 6 mois... Bien évidement il faut prendre en compte une bonne alimentation derrière, ainsi que bonne routine de sport pour éviter la prise de gras. Dans l'ensemble le goût est pas degueu, même si un peu difficile de s'habituer au début car les doses recommandés sont assez balaise. 4 cuillères pour un shaker (dans un shaker de 750ml c'est équivaut à 50/50 entre eau/lait et prot) mais on s'y fait vite. Le rapport sucre/100g n'est pas extravagant non plus si on compare à d'autre produit similaire. Je recommande à 100% ! (Ps : prévoir 2 sac de 7kg pour faire un mois)
