Great Customer Service
The unit that was shipped to me had the charging end assembled incorrectly. I contacted the vendor and heard back from them that same night.After sending them a photo showing the charging end and cord, they very quickly replied that they were going to send me a new unit. The unit arrived and worked as it should.I have used the different attachments and they all work great. Product is solid and attachments fit on easily and work well.Bottomline, this company has great customer service. Responds quickly and works to solve the issue. There are many similar products on the market. So finding a replacement would not have been a problem. Finding good customer service is an entirely different matter. They are excellent. Would highly recommend them.

I've only used the nose hair trimmer attachment so far. It works ok. But I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it. Here's why: The product heading calls this a "Professional Waterproof Ear and Nose Trimmer," but it is not waterproof. The attachments can be rinsed under water if you take them off the body, but the body is not waterproof. If you are looking for something that can be used in the shower, this isn't it. The rectangular base is not very ergonomic to hold, and the smooth finish is also not conducive to a good grip. Additionally, the shiny finish seems like it was specifically designed to pick up fingerprints. I've never seen anything that shows fingerprints like this. And lastly, having only a USB charging cable is weird. I am not going to charge this thing at my computer. And I shouldn't have to move one of my phone's USB chargers to the bathroom. Just give me a standard AC adapter!

USB charger plug does not fit trimmer
Opened package, tried to plug in the USB charger and it does not fit. Received wrong charger.UPDATE: Seller sent a new, working kit. Great customer service, thanks for making it right!

recommend hair andremover
I bought this for my boyfriend because his cheap-o nose hair trimmer broke AGAIN and he was too lazy to buy a new one! When I showed him the box he said, "Oh you got the nice one!" He's been using it for about a week, and thus far it hasn't broken, which is something compared to the other $6 ones he'd been buying. His hair grows ridiculously fast, so he definitely needed something that could handle being used often. He likes it because it can also trim around his ears and a little bit on his face where his facial hair trimmer doesn't do the job. He's happy because he now has a working trimmer and I'm happy because it got rid of his nose hairs! I recommend this to any lady looking to clean up her man or any man looking to do a little hair maintenance!!

Piece of crap
Major piece of crap. Different models all look like they are from the cheap import company. Eyebrow attachment is worthless. Messed up my eyebrow. Returning. Horrible.
