Wow!!! I got the 7,500 PPM and micro needles using a nano head. I added it to my usual facial routine with masks etc, that I do once a week. When I applied it, there was a slight tingle but nothing unusual compared to other active products I’ve used. After just one use, a difference is noticed! For reference, I am 39 and take care of my skin. Will definitely be buying again!

I’m a bit of a skincare junkie am was excited to try the world of spicules. I went for a high strength as I’m no novice, I’m an experienced exfoliator and have regular micro needling. I’m glad I did because it really isn’t uncomfortable. It’s a strange sensation, and it gives me a healthy looking flush, as well as a nice glow. It’s reasonably priced maybe even cheap, i got it on an offer and a little does go a long way. I use over a milky toner and layer up my favourite serums and creams over the top, and use about 3 times a week

My pores have shrunk significantly and I use it with the Medicube Age R Booster Pro. This is mircroneedling in a bottle!! I suggest getting the device aswell because it boosts the effects of the skincare, and has transformed my skin in the last two weeks.

I've not noticed a massive difference HOWEVER when you put it on its almost like you can feel like tiny tiny tiny needles on your skin so it does feel like it's penetrating at the very least the top layer. When you pump it out you can't see or feel any spikes or sharp pieces. Its a smooth serum to look at. It's not painful, and the feeling doesn't last long.

If you're familiar at all with microneedling, this is the same idea. There are little spicy led (to y dissolving needles) in this serum that make micro channels in your skin to allow products to penetrate more deeply. It also has three gentle chemical exfoliants to smooth and brighten skin. It's a fairly thick, non-sticky serum, and it prickles quite a bit when you massage it in. I bought this on a whim and found out later that this is NOT "beginner strength". A starter serum would be a 100 ppm level. 2000 is definitely more intense and I do get some irritation immediately afterward. I own a professional grade microneedling machine, but between setting it up and sterilizing, it just feels like more of a project than I want to do for shallow, frequent needling. This serum is a nice shortcut and really, really speeds up the results I see from other products, and I use it roughly o CD a week.

Great product!

This is fantastic. My skin feels incredible after using it. However the service sensation can be off putting, especially the first time. Glad I had read the reviews before using it or I may have thrown it out.
