Yes
Look, this is the stuff. There’s no second place. It takes off the built-up wax and polish, but doesn’t damage the factory finish of the leather. I’m amazed at how well it’s worked on my older and heavily polished shoes. It’s done the job and then some.I recommend using a good leather conditioner after you use the Renomat. It can leave the leather a bit dry.

Works
The product works well..It did take a small amount of color off one pair of Allen Edmonds shoes but, I may have rubbed a bit to much on one spot trying to remove a scuffOtherwise it works as described and totally restored another pair making the leather softer and back to original color

Works ok
Expected it to clean the finish more than it does, but worked ok based on the price.....rubbing alcohol would have done the same job.

Great Cleaner
Used this for a pair of #Lethato Oxford wingtips I purchased that were a bit too orangish for my liking when they arrived. I used the Renomat to strip the coloring leaving a yellowish base. I applied three coats of the Saphir Medaille d’Or Pommadier Natural Cream medium brown, three applications and was able to achieve this wonderful cognac color. Sealed it with Saphir Medaille d'Or pate de luxe light brown and viola.I also used it to spot clean another shoe which developed a water stain and it came right off. The big thing to remember is to go lightly with this product. It strips the color off so you will want to apply a Saphir Medaille d’Or Pommadier Natural Cream Leather Shoe Polish to fill in the spot that was stripped. I just started using the Saphir products and for the first time I realize the importance and SAVINGS of putting some care in your high end shoes. Worth every penny.
