I buy these for my husband. His vision is not at good as it used to be, so he can grab these cubes and toss into coffee without spilling sugar on the counter and attracting ants. :) It's hard to find non GMO sugar lately, which these are, so these are a better choice for us. The sugar is from Mauritius and packaged in Belgium.

Ever since we went to England many years ago, and we were served coffee and tea with cubes of Demerara sugar to use to sweeten our drinks, we have been hooked on using these cubes. Not only do they add seetness to our morning coffee, but bring back wonderful memories of our trip. These particular cubes are all we have ever used for many years.

Grocery stores in my area just stopped carrying product and SO very happy am able to order it thru Amazon. I purchase the 10 box qty because I use them every day. Love the taste, supposedly better than white, refined sugar so it's a winner for me!

I just don't understand why none of my grocery stores carry these brown sugar cubes. And I live in a big city - Denver !! I did buy some once in another town. But when you buy like this from Amazon, they are way cheaper by the box. And it adds such a wonderful different flavor to my coffee.
