A week's treatment to rebalance your gut health
This pack of 7 sachets gives you a week of gut friendly live bacteria together with Vit B1 and B2 , zinc and dietary fibre. That sounds like a good recipe for boosting your gut health and general vitality after anything like a bad stomach upset or illness. I am taking it for a week as I recover from recent surgery and it sounds like just what is needed. It would be an expensive way to take probiotics regularly but handy for occasions such as this.

I dont now
I've had this product for a few days and take one sachet a day. I've been using it for a while now. First and foremost, the ease of use and the fact that you can hide the sachet anywhere are a big plus. Honestly, 2 billion live bacteria isn't much, and in my opinion, taking these sachets has a marginal impact on our health. The taste isn't bad, but that's a personal preference. And one more thing: the price. Nearly £120 per kg seems a bit excessive to me. If you like these kinds of products, instead of buying yoghurt or kefir from the store, I highly recommend it. I prefer kefir.

Helped with digestion. Good for a gut top up every now and then. Quite expensive otherwise.
This is a box of seven sachets each filled with 2g of powder containing friendly bacteria. It claims that it's been proven to reach the gut alive. Also included is dietary fibre and the addition of zinc, vitamins B6 and B1. The instructions state one to be taken per day.The packets are very easy to open and the powder is very fine and dissolves easily in water. Room temperature is recommended. There is a slight hint of bitterness, but the mixture is not unpleasant. Alternatively it can be mixed into food as long as it's not very hot. I tried it in porridge. This worked well as I couldn't taste it at all.It doesn't need to be refrigerated and has a good long best before date. I found it to be of great benefit as the constant discomfort I was getting after eating has disappeared. Quite expensive for seven sachets, so probably not for every day use but for an every now and then boost.

Good quality
This supplement is a welcoming addition to anyone's health routine. There is no nasty taste or aftertaste and the powder mixes well in water. It could easily be put into soft drinks or smoothies and you wouldn't taste it at all. This supplement is expensive for what turns out to be a week's supply so would be perfect for recovery after surgery or illness. Good shelf life for future use.

Great health support for gut health
You get 7 sachets in each pack, with some extensive product information on the box. You can take it easily in a drink or in foods, but you should avoid any fizzy drinks or really hot temperatures (I'm guessing as that would kill the bacteria included). The supplement is in a white powder form, and when added to a glass of water it has almost no taste at all (perhaps a mild sweet/yogurty flavour). I have found it really good to take in yogurt as it mixes in smoothly. It's got 3 strains of friendly bacteria: bifidobacterium adolescentis, bifidobacterium bifidum and bifidobacterium logum. Along with this it also has some vitamins and fibre (although it's ground so fine you don't notice it).I also like how each pack has an expiry date and lot number to assure quality/freshness.Overall looks like a great quality product, although one box only lasts you one week if you take one sachet a day.

7 days supply formulated to reach the gut alive
This 7 day supply of probiotics contains 3 strains of bacteria with dietry fibres, sugars, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and zinc. This is designed to help the function of the immune system, support metabolism and improve microbiome balance. The daily dose comes in a sachet which can either be taken in room temperature water or non fizzy drinks or alcohol to prevent damage to the bacteria. The probiotics have been developed by the faculty of medicine at the Chinese university of Hong Kong to reach the gut alive using micro encapsulation technology. This improves the survivability of the bacteria. In addition the formulation has been driven by data analysis of the gut.The daily dose is easy to take dissolves into water well with little taste and isn't unpleasant. This is well presented and looks professionally made however I would have liked more than 7 days supply. It works out to be just over £2 per day.

Great probiotic, wish it was a bigger pack
This is a great way to improve gut bacteria, there are a number of different good bacterias and vitamins to hopefully aid digestion, fatigue and immunity. I put a sachet into plain water and there is almost no taste at all which is great, you can add it to many foods and drinks, although you must ensure you avoid fizzy drinks or hot drink/food as I believe this can damage the contents.I am really impressed with this, however only 7 sachets is a little disappointing as this is only a weeks supply, this makes this a bit pricey and also annoying that you would need to buy multiple packs. I will probably just have one every now and then rather than every day.
