One of the best sources for essential Omega 3
I have been taking fish oil supplements for the past few years. I swear by fish oil, It really works. One of the great benefits of fish oil is that it works to prevent heart disease and strokes. Now this liquid fish oil tastes good. I have tried different liquid fish oil brands. You do get a slight fishy after taste but that's with any liquid fish oil you would try. The mango flavor tastes good and I really love mango. If you are not accustomed to liquid fish oil taste then this might be a little tough for you in the beginning to adjust. You could always mix it in with smoothies. This is a great product and I recommend it for everyone to take advantage of all it's health benefits.
