I'm pretty disappointed with these, even though I was really hoping they'd work. My clothes came out dingy and very few stains were removed. I stopped using them and switched to a different natural detergent that works much better.I was also disappointed that the soap nuts didn't come with a bag to use them with! I ended up using the bag they came in, despite the wash instructions on the tag of the bag saying that it had to be washed cold and gentle (what?!). So weird and really pretty annoying for a first time user to try to figure it out.

I really like the idea of a natural alternative to laundry detergent. These soaps nuts are as advertised, and I like the little wash bag that comes with it. I rate them as a 3 because they do NOT get toddler/messy kid laundry clean. Ketchup, mustard, heavy dirt, etc remains on the clothes (whereas with my regular detergent it all comes clean). I will continue to use the soap nuts for non-stained laundry (like sheets and towels). They don't smell great when you open the bag, but don't worry-- your laundry will wash and smell simply clean (unscented).

At first I really thought I liked these soap berries. I still think they are ok for things like towels or sheets which aren't overly dirty. For little boy laundry, they don't quite cut it. I had to spot, and add Oxy Clean, plus re-wash a few things. To much work... also, my bag didn't include a bag for the soap berries in the washer, so I ended up using a mesh bra bag.

I like these at first, but they didn't get a lot of my stains out and my husband didn't like the smell after they washed. I got annoyed with having to dry out the nuts in between, I felt like I​ always had a hard time and just had a lot of soggy nuts. Not a bad product just not for me.

I use these for laundry & for myhair as the "repeat" of my lather-rinse-repeat. I washed my hair with just soap berry liquid for months, but eventually got to a point where my hair started to feel waxy. I now use it after jumpin juniper by lush, so my hair gets clean & I still get the benefits of soap berries (in my case, thickening of hair & increased shine). I love these!

This product is great!! I have two young children (one in cloth diapers) and this laundry soap is awesome. It cleans really well and is great for my kids' sensitive skin. I love that I don't have to buy a separate detergent to wash the cloth diapers also, so it is very economical. It lasts for awhile and cleans the clothes very well. The soap nuts do smell strange before you wash but the clothes smell very clean once they are washed.

I have started using soap nuts in my HE washing machine and love the results. This was a good value for the amount that you got, and as far as I can tell, very high quality, organic soap nuts. I will be back to purchase again!

These are actually quite good! They're very good at getting white clean (in hot water) and are lasting longer than I expected. There's not a lot of suds in the wash water when I use them, but the proof is in the clean clothes. I will continue to use soap nuts.
