I started doing my own manicures at home to save time and money and recently started to do gel polish for their durability and longevity. Builder gel is a technique that takes a little time and patience but really pays off as it looks amazing and adds strength to your manicure. The first time I did it, I had to watch some online tutorials to understand the best way to get the apex curve and it took one or two times for it to actually turn out well. This product combines both a high quality formula with a cat eye look so that you can skip the color step which will actually save you time. If you're like me and a bit meticulous about your manicures, you'll appreciate any time saving steps!I found the formula to be easy to work with but since this way my first time working with a cat eye polish, I needed to work a bit to get a handle on using the magnet to get the designs as I liked. It was pretty cool to see the glitter appear to the surface and be able to shift it around to get the right look. After curing it, I applied a top coat as usual to set the manicure and it looked great! The pink color is a perfect medium color - not too light or bright.Overall, this is a great cat eye builder gel and I would recommend it!

Pretty Gel Nail Polish.The polish is nice and thick and spreads on nice and even. When you apply the polish to the nail at first it looks streaky but then when left to sit for a second or so before curing under a UV light it will level itself out.When I first opened it and looked at the polish it kind of looked like a purpleish color but once I applied it to my nails it had more of a pink color as shown.The cat eye gel polish comes with a small magnet to create the cat eye effect. In my opinion it didn't make a super noticeable cat eye effect like I thought it would unless it was under a light.Overall I like this gel polish very much, you get a lot in the bottle that is 15ml, the bottle itself looks classy and sheek and the gel is thick and goes on smooth.In my opinion this polish is a good value and I would recommend this product!

This Double Rhythm magnetic gel came plastic-wrapped. It has a low odor with a soft menthol-like scent. The ingredients list is printed on the back of the box. While nothing in the formula raises alarms, I'm skeptical about its reliability since all my Double Rhythm gels share the exact same list, regardless of type.The bottle itself features a lovely gradient design that perfectly matches the color of the gel. I got “MC1202-Pink” which is a soft cool-toned pink with highly responsive silver, moonlight-like magnetic particles. However, the gold plastic component with the brand’s name is not glued down so it detaches easily from simple handling. This is a recurring issue I've noticed across Double Rhythm's bottles that really should be addressed.Performance-wise, this magnetic gel is great to work with. The magnetic particles are very responsive and it's pretty easy to achieve the design I want using this magnetic gel.

When they named this gel polish cherry pink, they meant it *and* they were right. I've got more than a couple of gel polishes that are described as cherry pink, but this is the best looking one among them. The little bit of shimmer they added to the polish is like, the perfect finishing touch to the color. I know the cat eye gel effect is supposed to be the star of the show, but it's literallythe shade of pink instead LMAO I will say the shimmer is very fine and honestly looks better to me than what they put in other cat eye gel. I am lookng very much forward to all the beautiful sets I will make with this pretty pink gel xx

This is the first time I have had a problem with Double Rhythm’s polishes, but this polish has clumps in it—little and big clumps. I had to keep wiping the brush to get off the clumps. It was frustrating. I did 3 nail swatches with a clear, white, and black base. All swatches have two coats of the cat eye gel polish. The cat eye effect was easy to get with the included magnet. The color is called pink but it looks mauve. I’m chalking the clumps up to a fluke with this brand, which is why I’m only taking off two stars.
