Just as advertised, excellent taste.

I had high hopes for turning to dried lemon zest for convenience, but this stuff is soooo bitter. I suspect there's a fair amount of pith in it as it is rather coarse as well. I did use it, but it did nothing to enhance my baked goods and when I tasted it out of the package I knew why. Great idea, but did nothing to enhance my cooking.
