I am a big fan of resistance training and this kit is a great addition to my workout routine. These resistance bands are very good quality, and I like the strength gradation. My body is still sore after a workout with these bands and disks about 3 days ago. 5 out of 5!

I love that it comes in a travel bag. I can easily take it with me to the gym or workout at home. Resistance bands will roll up however depending on exercise. That for me is the only downfall.

Saw a friend using at gym and bought it. The Gliders are larger than my current ones and help my foot doesn’t slide off. The workout bands are comfortable and easy to use. I’m happy with my purchase. It’s great set! Definitely recommend it!

The sliders are plastic (and would totally scratch your home wood floor.) Don't waste your time, spend the money to buy Spri gear. This is a bunch of made in china CRAP. The bands will pinch your skin and they all feel like a very similar resistance, pull it too hard and it will break.
