As a sufferer of OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnoea) I was hoping this product would solve my sleep problems by using this instead of my CPAP machine. Sadly this product does not prevent/stop me snoring, it constantly falls out during the night and even when it is correctly in place my partner says I am still waking her up and myself from snoring. I bought two but cannot recommend them as for me they did not work

A classmate of mine was sharing the same hotel as me and complained one day of someone upstairs keeping them awake with their snoring. That was me, the one night I forgot to wear this amazing and understated bit of kit. It may not be the sexiest bit of attire, but if you're a heavy snorer you'll soon be forgetting about the downfalls of looking like a cyborg when you go sleep in the same bed as your partner for the first time in an age.

I was sceptical if this tiny device would help me sleep better and stope from snoring. After having it for a few days now I am plesently surprised. I feel like I have slept better as the air flow can now make it up my nose and my wife has said I haven't snored as much. The only reason why I have snored is because it's fallen out in the night.Overall for the price I think it's a really good product. Just one warning though, don't remove the silicon from the plastic base as it's a bugger to get back on.

Items arrived on time and has helped me breath easier at night time even with a slight cold. Have managed to put a drop in obais oil on the filter part which has helped ,
