Update: Sandgrens has solved the problem by agreeing to exchange the shoes for a new pair. My new pair was sent directly from Sweden and, for now, looks beautiful and fits wonderfully. It did take over a month of back and forth. I will give them credit for making beautiful shoes and coming right in the end, so raising the stars from 1 to 3.Update: 11 days later Sandgrens responded to my Amazon review, but not to my multiple emails asking for an update. Their response was only to ask for the same information I have already emailed to them. Not winning.These shoes are beautiful and fit well right from day 1. Unfortunately the staples started coming out within a month. A note to Sangrens took several days for response, and after providing photos it has been several days without further response. Disappointed the service is not better given the issues. I’m days past the return window so stuck with $200 shoes that are flawed.

They are a great pair of shoes. Larger than my size. So order a size smaller than what you usually would get

This shoe would be PERFECT except the rubber sole makes a "scrunch" sound when walking on certain non-carpeted floors (like the floors in Target or a similar big box store). This is really unfortunate because I would be wearing them in an office which has the "scrunchy" hallways, it is too loud to ignore. So I had to return, but everything else about the shoe is great so I'm sad I had to return them.

I love these clogs - they really are so well balanced and fit very nicely. Right out of the box I wore them and immediately knew they were high quality!

I wear it a lot and it provides the comfort around my feet I have always been looking for a shoe that is comfortable...

Love how it looks but quality of wood is badI inly wore it a few times and some of the wood has chipped off

Easy to put on and take off. Feet get used to the wood bottom quicker than expected.
