Extremely satisfied! The PETLIBRO Automatic Feeder for 2 Cats is truly one of the best purchases I’ve made. It works flawlessly, delivers consistent portions, and my two cats absolutely loved it. The dual-bowl design is very practical, the 5G Wi-Fi control is fast and reliable, and the scheduling system makes our daily routine much easier. Another great advantage is the extra safety: besides running on power, it also supports 3 D batteries as backup, ensuring my cats will be fed even if the electricity goes out — this gives me complete peace of mind. The only part that required a bit more attention was finding the ideal position for the distributor. I had to slightly adjust it to the side and even used a precision scale to guarantee a perfectly even split between both bowls. But honestly, none of this changes my opinion. The feeder is excellent, reliable, and has made daily feeding so much simpler. Highly recommended without hesitation

Have the dual tray version and it started having a few minor issues after the second month of ownership. Every once in a while, it would go offline and i would have to unplug and plug it in again to get it working properly. Now after four months of owning it, the LOW FOOD NOTIFICATIONS STOPPED WORKING completely no matter what I've tried. If the food hopper is completely empty, the app says everything is fine and will continue to show successful feedings after attempting to dispense food that doesn't exist. This can be VERY dangerous if not closely monitoring the food level manually! The battery backup just plain doesn't work at all no matter what was tried. Pair all of that with very uneven portion distributions, a buggy APP that continuously logs you out every couple minutes while trying to use it. And I hope you like trying to be upsold, because every time I actually can log into the app for more than 30 seconds I'm hit with Special Offers and other bull-crap monthly subscription models. TLDR; - Overpriced for what you get by a large margin. - Low food notifications don't work. - Battery backup doesn't work - Spammy and unreliable APP. - Uneven food distribution. Save yourselves the headache and frustration and buy something else! At this point, it's just easier to go back to manual feeding.

Really love this feeder. It holds about a gallon of food.(we fill it with our cat dedicated pitcher) the food comes out slowly and in increments which is nice fit prevent from eating too quickly and puking. The lid locks and you don’t have to worry about your animal knocking it over and emptying it. Our cats have yet to tip it. It’s definitely worth the money. It functions just as it should. It sends notifications of how much it fed at the time of feeding, you can ensure that the feeder is working when you are not home. It lets you know when food is low. I’m really loving it. My cats tend to over eat and then puke, so this really regulates it and makes it a bit easier on our lives when we get super busy. All we have to do is check phone quick and make sure they’ve gotten their food!
