I started using Iberogast for ongoing stomach discomfort, mainly bloating and occasional indigestion. The most important thing to know before buying is that this is not an instant fix. After about a week of consistent use, I started to clearly feel the positive effect. My digestion felt calmer, bloating was reduced, and overall stomach comfort improved noticeably. Once it kicked in, the results were very good. The liquid form is easy to take, though the herbal taste is strong (not terrible, but noticeable). For me, the effectiveness outweighed that easily. This stuff really works. I've been using it for a while now and I have found that it has helped me to control my acid reflux as well, or better, than some OTC products. I take a dose in the morning and in the evening and it has helped me out. It has an herbal taste, not unpleasant, and I find it works well in just water. I also take it on occasion if I ate an extra spicy meal and getting some...impacts from that. Helps to tamp that down. Overall, I'd recommend it if you are dealing with acid issues or some mild gastric urps and such. It's not going to solve all the problems, but if you are looking for an herbal assist for your stomach issues, give it a go.

I like this better than the chalky chewables. It works when I take it before meals and don’t overeat and limit spicy food because it is more of a preventative. It doesn’t work well to stop my heart burn if it has already started. So then I have to take the chalky stuff. I’m still taking a prescription drug but have cut the dosage in half and working to stop it. It doesn’t taste so bad if you dilute it in a small glass of water.

Best medicine for tummy troubles. The taste is not for everyone but it immediately reliefs discomfort in you tummy. Perfect.

This was recommended for help with SIBO, while it does seem to have helped people, it didn’t help me. I tried it for several weeks and it didn’t help much for motility and stomach upset. But maybe it will work for you, it’s cheap enough to try it out, and easy to take.

I had my doubts, but this stuff truly seems to settle my stomach. I get bad pains often, no medical solution has yet been found but I use this 3 times a day and it has helped. No real taste if you mix it in with soda or coffee. I also use it with my flavored water.
