Makes really good pumpkin bread that is gluten free. Still soft and moist. I made muffins and warmed them up for breakfast with some plant based butter since I'm also dairy free. Delicious!

This pumpkin bread is so delicious! These gluten free mixes are worth the buy! Made this for Thanksgiving, added cream cheese frosting on the top and the whole loaf was eaten!

Yum! I ordered two boxes of this and made muffins. The first round I followed the instructions. They were good and tasty. Nice and moist but I’d like them to be a touch sweeter. The second batch I added some raisins, walnuts and a little maple syrup and dotted the tops with chocolate chips - wow! They were a home run. I highly recommend this product. Can’t go wrong with.
