UPDATED REVIEW: It has been ONE YEAR of ownership of this laptop and notice I have NOT changed my review. I am a freelance web developer and content creator for small businesses and this was the first laptop I bought prebuilt at the start of the year to do work on the go and to play the handful of Steam games I still play after years of PC gaming, adulting gets in the way a little too much. I require a lot of processing power to run the editing software I use to edit videos and longer videos would crash most PCs. This laptop handles big editing jobs, web design tasks, and development tasks I've performed on it well for the price. I am also able to play League of Legends, Skyrim, (with mods and script extender), Overwatch, and KF2 without any lag and often I turn down the graphics settings from auto defaults as it defaults to high / very high on most games to cut back on heat and unnecessary processor use. The laptop is lightweight, the keyboard and screen are built well and sturdy. I do have split screens, a USB hub, fan, and a hardwired mouse plugged into it and have had no issues with any ports or the power supply. It's always a gamble when you go off the mainstream big box names and don't take the time to build a PC to match your personal specs. You will never be able to buy a prebuilt PC off the shelf that will match your personal specs, perform exactly the tasks you need it to perfectly, etc. Without building it to do so. For what it is and the price tag, this laptop functions as well as I need it to and I do hope to use it for another year or two before retiring it. If you're considering purchasing this machine for work or play, you won't be disappointed. As a side note, I did not make a warranty claim. I did not need help setting it up or use the customer service offered by the manufacturer at any point and I cannot vouch for reviews complaining about their experience doing so, however, I can say that NOT needing it says a lot for this laptop. I don't recommend purchasing if you aren't at least somewhat knowledgeable as the included instruction booklet won't help you through the setup (which is simple, but again, if you aren't familiar with it you may struggle) . I revisited this page to see if there was an updated machine available for my husband now as his own PC is reaching the end of its life and we enjoy GAMING together, but I have purchased PCs with minimum gaming specs that he has used for years without lag or quality issues so a higher price tag or more pricy CPUS may not get you to where you want to be for gaming, but for specific games, you'll be satisfied with this one

I have been in the market for a gaming laptop for a while and the AX16Pro accomplished exactly what I needed it to. It has a stunning resolution, which was a huge upgrade from my previous HP laptop, and the processing speed is much stronger, making it easier to get more work done. I use this as a personal laptop as well as a gaming laptop and it simply handles what my previous laptop couldn’t. It also runs Windows 11 which allowed me to move over my information seamlessly and without any hiccups. I would highly recommend this product to someone in need of a computer and can’t afford to shell out the money these big box companies are asking for.

I purchased a laptop earlier this year (2025) and have nothing but problems. The prong on the charger broke off while it was in the laptop. Customer service eventually sent a new one. While I was using the laptop to browse the internet, the screen "blipped", went dark and came back on with a starburst at the bottom on the screen, while the rest of the screen had lines going through it. The company states the screen is broke from human error and will not honor the warranty. (The screen is not broke.) They have given every excuse they can and accuse me of breaking it so they won't have to replace it. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product since it is advertised as a top gaming laptop.

Great laptop, just not a gaming laptop. The laptop I received is a decent laptop but the only games you could play on it is like RuneScape and the original doom, maybe Roblox. I wouldn’t call it a gaming laptop. My wife is now using it for dher crictut.
