Apart from the fact it says 'replacement filter included' and it wasn't have to say I love it..

Very important to check the filter before using the cooler. Look at pictures of replacement filters.
Bought this unit to take away on holiday for the caravan. Arrived promptly and it's a compact little cube. Colour changing feature is nice. We plugged it in after following the instructions and ended up sending the following email to the seller;-HelloCan you please tell me whether you sell replacement filters for this unit. I received my cooler today. We followed the instructions as advised. Filled the cooler with water and waited for the filter to absorb water before turning it on. The cooler was throwing out cool air but not as expected. We took out the filter to check it had absorbed and noted it was all bunched up instead of being straight and only about 3 or 4 of the filter straps were pulled out to sit in the water at the bottom of the tray. We tried to tease them out straight but they are delicate and tear easily. Please let me know if you sell replacement filters and the price.Many thanksKind regardsMrs BinaGot the following reply;-Iam not sell replacement filters for this unit nowI'm sure one of the other replacement filters available on Amazon will be adequate once we've figured out the measurement. It is recommended that the filter is changed every six months. I'm sure if the filter was okay in the first place the cooler would probably have worked much better. I would probably buy again from a different seller and would definitely check the filter is threaded correctly before using it.

Leaky product that doesn’t cool. Buy at own risk.
Very disappointed with this product. Didn’t really cool the room. Left it on the shelf during the day, tank 1/5th full, leaked all over the place through holes in the base!Useless product. Buy at your own risk.
