Note: The roller balls maybe inflexible at the first use, please gentle roll the ball with the inside oil to get it smoother. The bottles are beautiful but the roller top does not work
The bottles are beautiful but the roller top does not work. Out of the entire bag of tops, only one of them worked. I tried immersing the lid in coconut oil first but that didn't work, I tried pushing the metal ball out of the lid and replacing it but that didn't work, I tried rolling it on a rougher surface, and also just rolling one on my body over and over hoping it would start working but it never did. I'm going to order some plastic roller tops and hopefully they will work with these bottles. I've never had a problem with any of the plastic roller balls and one of the extras I had of those actually worked with these bottles.

These DON'T work!!!!!!
The metal roller balls move so slowly & NOTHING comes out!!!!! I will NOT order these again!!!! I am going to have to order other roller balls in order to use these. The bottles are beautiful but what good are they doing me when the roller balls don't work as they should? Don't waste your money on these. Order from some other company.

Pretty- but non effective!
The bottles are so pretty, but they do not work. The ball is so snug that little to no oil comes out. I will not be buying this again.

Do not buy these!!!!!
3 of the bottles and all the pippets were shattered and the roller balls do not work. The bottles also came very dirty and scratched up. Horrible product!

Pretty but
These bottles are pretty and make great gifts but the rollers don’t dispens any product. Can’t tell if it’s the ball being too big or no product actually touching the ball

Missing pieces
Love how fast they came and I love the colors. Only problem is they didn’t come with enough rollers. Not enough for all the bottles.
