Good support
I really enjoyed using this belt. I had been dealing with horrible ligament pain and had to wear this everyday. It helped though eventually the Velcro wouldn’t hold after just a couple months of wearing. But for the price it’s not bad.

Sizing a challenge for big stomach
I've been having SI pain for a while that's been getting worse, and have started trying to find a good brace. In general it's been challenging because my waist and hips are smaller than my stomach, so it's trial and error because the sizing on this type of product is always for waist or hips. That said, I like the design of this one best of the ones I've tried, so I'm hoping the next size up will work out. It's not stiff and scratchy, not so rigid that it hurts digging in at the edges like others have been. The extra pair of straps makes it so I can pull this tight without needing someone else to help, and the removable pad with the nubs feels great. I put this on with the pad, pulled it tight, laid down, and it sent waves of release and relaxation through my body. I can tell it's going to make a positive difference wearing it in my daily life, IF I can get the sizing right. I went by the measurements, and it barely fits around my stomach. As soon as I start moving around, and especially when the extra straps are in use at all, the thing bursts open. I've ordered the next size up and hoping that resolves the issue so I can use it to the full extent it's meant for. I'll update this if there's anything else to say after trying the larger size.

Adjustable
I go through back braces. This one I bought to support my L4 and L5 region. Comes with adjustable pad, and tighting strips on the side. It is a little slim for the right support I need but it works.

Way too small
The problem with this is that I'm a normal size girl at 180 lb 5. You make this product for someone who's 112 lb who's 5'3 it doesn't fit. We live in America. We're thick and we have bad backs

Might work for some, didn't for me
Seems to run a bit small. I measured myself to be sure I was ordering the recommended size and still didn't feel I had enough of the belt on each side to pull tightly and get it comfortable. And forget the little inserts. They're hard as a rock. I will sometimes ask my husband to push very hard with his knuckles on each of my SI joints because the pressure feels so good, but these inserts are just plain painful. I've had a fusion at L5-S1, so my SI joints seem to stay swollen and irritated. Was hoping this would help, but this particular one didn't give me much pain relief at all. Stayed in place fairly well. Seemed to be well made, but did not have enough surface area on the velcro for good adhesion.

Sacroiliac belt.
This is a great sacroiliac belt. It hits the right places, is better than the really expensive ones. It has a couple of cushions right where the sacroiliac goes out. It has double cinches to tighten. I recommend this belt, well made & the price is great.
