Atwood91367 OEM RV Water Heater Ignition Control Circuit Board Kit - Gas Only

Our 24 year old Atwood water heater was at the point that it only tried once to light the flame, then gave up. Usual solution was to keep trying until it lighted, but the next cycle, it might not light again, especially when the tank is at a low level. After cleaning all connections, polishing the almost new sparker/flame sensor, and eliminating all the other components (guided by a utube vid), I started searching for a replacement board. Given a bit of confusing finds, this 91367 board seemed indicated as the best replacement solution. It includes an adapter, with no instructions. Found through experimentation that the adapter is required, and its great to be back to multiple tries lighting the flame, and we are usually making heat by the second try.Hope this one lasts as long as the original!!!! But, I'll buy this pricey circuit board again, if necessary.

Water heater wouldn’t stay lit, wouldn’t maintain hot water, and had a hard time lighting. I cleaned all connections and check all circuits. I decided to replace the control board and the lighter assembly-success!

Easy install, I do recommend that synthetic grease be packed into the electrical connections to eliminate moisture and corrosion of the connectors.This fit my vintage 1994 RV's water heater and I can shower again!! Woo hoo!

This solved my no hot water issue with my 2018 Jayco jay flight slx. We only had the trailer one day before this part went out. We picked the trailer up on 7/2/22 and the next day our heater would not kick over. Traced it down to the board being bad. No power would go out to set off the igniter. New part and problem gone. Got all the hot water one would want during summer. This board looks different but works 100 percent the same (actually better because it works). First pic is the new board installed, second pic is of both boards. Will update in a few months of use. Super happy this easily solved my problem. 👍🏼

EDITED - Although the item doesn't match ours (our trailer was a 2018 Jayco) by looks or item number, it actually worked! I had to do some Google digging to figure this out. Gave you 4 stars instead of 2 now. I docked 1 because you shouldn't have a model photo and description that is not what you are selling. Then make me work hard to figure out it will actually work for our unit. But we have hot water again!Frustrated. Ordered based on item number and photo matching what ours was. Not what we got. First photo is ours which matches Amazon photos. Second photo what we received. Third just showing these products aren’t the same.

The mounting holes on this unit are different from the original. If you drill a new top screw hole in your water heater to mount it, you will be OK, DONT drill the bottom one or you will drill through the water tank !!! ( Which I did ) Turned a 10 minute job into a full weekend ordeal. If i had to do it over, I would have just used the top screw and used double sided tape to hold the bottom in place. The unit itself fixed my problem, but the listing said it would fit my water heater, which it did not. (Atwood G6A7E )

East to install and convert old ignition to the new technology.

Works perfectly, plugged in no issues..... would have been nice to use the preexisting holes but not a big deal to make new ones
