The colors on this yarn are darker than shown...
The colors on this Sugar Bush yarn are darker than shown. The wool is beautiful though. i've bought a couple of those yarn balls in different colors. it's a good quality thicker Merino wool all evenly spun. There is a longer darker hair spun in with it quite once in a while. i loved all the other colors i bought and they all matched up with the picture shown on the product page, but the colors on this "Meadow Mist" are darker than i wanted and expected them to be. i'm only giving it 2 stars for that reason, otherwise i'd give it 5 stars. Of course if you make a project with only these colors they are absolutely beautiful and nothing to complain about, but i wanted the lighter colors as pictured because of my color combination. Sabiene :)UPDATE: i am giving this beautiful Merino wool a 5 star now, because i have bought many more colors that i'm knitting with and it is wonderful. There was never any more problem of having any human hair spun in it at all anymore. i will buy more in the future.

Good value. Great for soft, squishy gifts.
I fell in love with SugarBush Yarns through YarnBox. This was my first time purchasing the "Chill" Super Bulky variety and it did not disappoint. It is very soft, and to me, non itchy as most merino should be. I have Sensory Processing Disorder so I try and stick with merinos. I knit this one skien up into a GAP-tastic Cowl by casting on 59 stitches with size 19 needles. I cast off when there was 9-10g left.If I was to knit with this again, I might even consider using size 35 needles to make the yarn go a little further. I plan to try this with another ball of the Chill that I have.Overall ... good quality. Good value. Great for soft, squishy gifts.Edited to add ... this is probably in my top 3 favorite yarns. Super squishy and soft. Since it is extra fine merino its softness is amazing. This is also very, VERY similar to Cascade Spuntaneous.

Inconsistent Length
This is supposed to be 52 yards, but I found that the length varies between colors. I made 5 1/2 inches of 3 squares of knitting in Beaufort Sea but the Hudson’s Grey made me only 2 1/2 squares of knitting. The Arctic sky yarn is not 52 yards as well. This is annoying.

Beautiful yarn
If you are a spinner, these bulky "roving" yarns are perfect to re-spin. The quality of the fiber is very good and the finished product has a nice "hand".

Beautiful yarn that knits easily and doesn't split
Love the softness of the yarn.

Perfect beanie material. Super soft and easy to work with
I used this yarn to hand knit a beanie and it came out great! I needed just a little over one skein. I felt it was a little pricey.

My favorite yarn!
I've ordered four of these now and it's my absolute favorite. I used it to crochet a garland for my tree and also make tassels for a wooden bead garland. It took almost three of these to finish my tree garland (4 1/2 ft tree that's pretty wide) and the rest was just enough to make tassels. I'll definitely be ordering more to use in DIYs for my Christmas design website.

Chill yarn
Not enough yarn for the cost of the yarn.
