They have helped me with my heel pain, so much so that l ordered another pair.It is still early days but my discomfort has been greatly reduced.

I bought the 3 - 5.5 size for my size 5 trainers and boots. The length was just right but I had to trim the sides as they were a bit wider than the shoes. In order to fit my feet in with the insoles in I find it is necessary to remove the insoles provided in the shoes. Some of these seemed to be stuck down but came out easily with a little persuasion. These insoles cup my heels and stop them sliding about, the arch support is nice and firm and the metatarsal pad works well for my dodgy foot. Note that if the insole doesn't quite fit the shoe you should be very careful about trimming it. I ruined my first pair by assuming they didn't fit because they were too long. In fact they were just a little bit wide. I cut too much off the end and they ended up uncomfortably short. I am about to buy my 4th and 5th pairs!

Not sure these Insoles for Flat Feet work as was informed that these would help with pain in lower leg, but it has not done anything, including with posture, etc., even after over 3 months of wear. Sometimes the foot / leg hurt more.

I have been struggling for weeks with pain on the top of my feet near my inner foot towards my ankles, during and after using the treadmill at the gym. I have previously tried support socks and also ankle braces thinking my ankle was the source of the pain. But it seems that my arches were not supported properly and since wearing these insoles in my training shoes on the treadmill I am virtually pain free after just a few days. I must recommend these for anyone suffering with foot pain when working out - they really are amazing and solve the problem. Great investment and will definitely buy more again.

I bought these as support for my high arched feet. They felt odd to begin with, as I was aware of there being something under my arches, but soon got used to them. I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot, which after many exercises, seemed to move to my outer ankle area and was very painful. However, coming to write this review and thinking about it, I realise that I’ve been taking my pain-free left ankle for granted, as there is no pain now! Truly. I will continue to use these insoles, so that my feet are not strained in any way and so, hopefully, will continue pain-free. Therefore, I highly recommend these insoles!

This is a wonderful product. Great Arch support & after a full day of standing on my feet I am really happy with this purchase. Much cheaper than orthotic insoles I have bought in the UK & equally as good after day 1. Easy to cut to size

IF you want your feet to be comfortable and help to release any pain of your feet.These type of insoles are good options for you to choose.size from 5 to 8 that all suitable. VERY good item that I have chosen.Highly recommended!
