As a keratosis pilaris treatment I can say that this works as good as any other I’ve tried. It’s not a cure of course, KP is just a natural variant of human skin and can’t be ‘cured’.There is no strong scent, just mild peach, and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It is a great moisturizer, although a little expensive just for that ability. It goes on easily and is absorbed well.You only get 190g, which isn’t a lot for £30.The best way to view this is as a premium KP treatment, maybe for use in the worst of most noticeable areas.Or if money is no problem for you, use it everywhere.Overall this gets a solid four stars as it does the job.

No harsh smell and goes on really well. Bought for my son’s skin condition KP. I will update the review with further stars when we have used it regularly and if there is an improvement in his KP. It is expensive but hoping it works

I have suffered with KP for as long as I can remember. All over both arms and my thighs. I happened to see an article about this lotion and thought what the hell I may as well try it. Nothing else has ever helped and what have I to loose. I have been applying it for a month now to my arms morning and night and I can’t believe the difference, the lumps and spots are greatly reduced. My arms look less red and angry and the dryness and scaly spots are reducing. My arms look the best they have for as long as I can remember. I will definitely continue to use it and would recommend it. I don’t usually write reviews, but know how miserable KP can make you feel about yourself. Give it a go !

This isn’t my first time using products from First Aid Beauty, but it is my first experience with this particular body lotion. I have KP and generally struggle with uneven skin texture across my body, so I’m really hoping this will help.It’s still early days, so I can’t comment on effectiveness just yet. That said, I trust the brand, especially as they’re known for products that target KP and rough skin. The packaging is as expected — well-designed and clean — and the lotion has a fresh, peachy fragrance that’s very pleasant and lingers gently on the skin.The lotion arrived properly sealed, which is always reassuring. It’s described as exfoliating for rough and bumpy skin, and the directions say to use it on clean, dry skin — but not on the face, which suggests it’s not formulated to be especially gentle for facial use.There’s a small flap on the outer box which I thought might offer extra product information, but it only repeats the same details in other languages, which was a bit disappointing.So far, I’m really pleased with how it feels — smooth, soothing, and nicely scented. I’m hopeful it will help with my skin concerns, especially as the formula is designed for this kind of issue. 4 stars for now, pending long-term results.
