I ordered this almost last minute for my wedding, as a nice touch for the dress detail shots. I contacted the seller about the name I wanted (without the hearts on either side) and the date on which I needed to receive the hanger, and they got it just right, arriving days before the requested date. It comes with cardboard and tissue paper to prevent any damage in transit, too. The craftsmanship was flawless, it looked absolutely gorgeous with my dress hanging on it, and it was just the right touch of personalization I needed. Yes, the wire is a bit thin, but I wasn't going to be hanging anything from it anyway, so it didn't bother me at all. I'm going to hang it on the wall (without the dress this time) for a cute reminder of one of the best days of my life.

Ordered these expecting them to take a while, but they arrived in less than a week (so big bonus here!) The wire is a bit flimsy (which is my minus 1 star), but I expected it to be if they are going to bend it into a name! Both of my hangers were beautiful with the correct details, name, and bow color and both went over exceedingly well at the bridal showers that I purchased them for. They were shipped in a cardboard container to prevent bending or chipping of the hanger itself. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again!

Arrived within a week after I ordered it. I looked at many bridal hangers on Etsy and am very picky about how the "font" looks- I really liked the look of this one so I placed my order and fell IN LOVE with it when it arrived. It looks better than I imagined. The wire is pretty flimsy, but I'm sure most hangers like this have flimsy wire as well-I know most brides to be like myself simply want them for pictures that will be taken on their wedding day, so these hangers obviously aren't made for long term use. I accidentally dropped it and it bent the heart out of shape but it's easy to bend back into shape--just be careful when transporting it. I am very, very pleased with this product!

The item arrived quickly and the personalization looks great! However, I'm not 100% happy with it because I ordered and expected a dark wood hanger. The hanger I received is a few shades lighter to a Walnut color. It's still nice but just not what I ordered/expected.

Great buy! Seller delivered quickly, and the final product was perfect. It looks great in all the pictures that the photographer took of the dress. Really cute and special! As some other reviews said, the wire was a little thin but that did not take away from the purpose of the hanger at all. The dress hangs on the wooden part which is well made and their are divots to hang the straps. Would definitely buy again.
