Works perfectly!! I was skeptical but decided to try it based on reviews. The melts stay on my gums and last a long time. They stimulate saliva production effectively! I use two at night; I wake up in the morning and surprisingly realize that I drooled! I feel so much relief using these. I'm not sure why some reviewers say the berry flavor is not what they expected - to me it tastes like what a berry candy would taste like.

I ordered these because the mint was getting to be a bit much all the time, and they are a welcome addition. flavor is mild just enough so you notice it but they don't leave you with that minty tingle all the time, which is nice. my only complaint would be that they don't stick quite as well as the regular ones.

If you are having trouble with dry mouth, especially while sleeping, this is definitely the product for you. I have severe dry mouth and have tried multiple things including hard candy (yes, I know not very smart) as well as different biotin products, the mouthwash, the spray and the gel, which all do work, but do not last for very long. These stay in place open the corner of your mouth, last for hours and truly work. I highly recommend it if you are having a dry mouth issue
