Okay....I gave this toy two stars because it's too small. This is a premium priced toy and my first and only so I expected so much. I love this product! It's easy to use and easier to clean. It fits pretty comfortably even if you are large in size.Now for the important part!!!I won't repeat from the other reviews. What I will say is that for this to work well, blood flow to the head is really important. It will get you going pretty good but not always over the edge. So I just have to hold tightly at the base to cause more flow to the head and well we have lift off. I can imagine a cock ring would get to job done. I just don't like them. I will always say that you do need to patient until you figure out what works for you.

Great idea, but not able to fit in fixed-size opening. If you are average or larger you will may not fit, in my opinion.
