Burpee Heatwave Blend Lettuce Seeds 1000 seeds

I’ve been using this brand of seeds for a while. It never disappointed me. I planted these seeds about two weeks ago and they already show the sprouts coming out. Great product and highly recommend.

This lettuce mixture is great tasting and most seeds germinate to make complete plants.

The number of seeds received is massive. I'm not sure how many but easily 1,000. I planted these in zone 7b/8 (we live on the boarder of those zones). For our warm springs these did great. They stayed tender and sweet until summer started. After the 80F days arrived I dont think any lettuce can survive and be delicious. They were slow to bolt. I loved the color of the different varieties. I will be planting them this year as well as purchasing more this fall.I did a fall planting but I waited too late so they stayed tiny but that's on me. The ones I did pick were delicious. They also had no trouble with our light frosts. The hard freezes killed them, but that's to be expected.Overall I'm happy with this purchase and this blend.

Good germination rate. Recomended.Its leggy if not enough light.

Lots of beautiful lettuce.Good quality seeds and you get exactly what you want for the outcome. Very pleased with taste and texture.

DO NOT BUY.Out of the 1000 seeds planted, only 3 germinated. This is the worst seed packet I have ever planted. I feel like I have been robbed.

I have a greenhouse, and the Burpee Black Seeded Lettuce is the one that I get the most compliments with. It tastes so good and has a lot of vitamins and minerals that support our health. The color is a rich lighter green color it is so pretty, also.
