I would rate this 4.5, but I'll give it a 5 rather than a 4. It's a really wonderful find. I moved to the mountains this year & am now 4,000+ ft above sea level, which is new for me. I have been experiencing a lot of changes, but my skin has been looking bad. I found out about beef tallow, but didn't want a gimmicky brand, so I looked for myself. The ingredients here seemed sound, & what I honestly needed. I was FINALLY right after trying a few things at the local stores. I did instantly feel a boost in my skins hydration and my texture improved within a few hours. After about 3-4 uses I was actually getting compliments at work that I didn't look like a tired mess. (Back handed, but I'll take what I can get..) So I knew I was on the right track. I use this with a Tallow eye cream from another brand & feel a lot better about myself. I would knock off half a star for the oily feel. It does absorb pretty well, or else I would not be down. There is also a mild marrow-like smell. It is very subtle, but opening my dogs marrow bones, then using this... it's a little similar. I hope that does not put anyone off to this too much, because the stuff has been working for me. The scent is there for under a minute & does not sit under your nose all day or anything. I'm mixed race 36yo & I have sensitive skin, so the aging is going to really start kicking into gear for me. I'm happy I have some defense. I recommend for sure!

My husband loves this stuff! The texture is super smooth—rich but not oily—and it soaks right into the skin. You can definitely tell it’s made with high-quality, grass-fed tallow because my skin feels soft, moisturized, and calm with no irritation at all. The light honey scent is really pleasant and not too strong. He’s been using it every day on his face and hands, and it’s been amazing, especially on the dry spots. If you’re into natural skincare that actually works, this is a must-try. Also, he works in the FL sun daily & it soothes sun burnt skin!

I've only been using this product for two weeks, but so far, I'm pleased with affect on my face with reduced wrinkle lines and smoother skin. I might upgrade this to a 5 star after using this product for a month or two.

First time trying beef tallow moisturizer I love all the benefits! My husband and I really enjoyed this moisturizer at night. Doesn’t feel greasy and it’s like a whipped texture. There isn’t much scent which is nice! But it does leave our faces feeling soft and hydrated! We are really loving it and it does not break me out which is a huge plus!

Update: The company reached out and made ammends so i have adjusted my review to reflect their attention to my concerns. I still think that people should be aware so I will leave my original review below.Beware!! Very misleading! See for yourself. The first picture is what they say are the ingredients, the second is the actual ingredients list. Horrible! First, it stung my skin, which I thought was odd. My skin can be sensitive to artificial fragrances and alcohols, but isnt too sensitive otherwise. Also, I did not like the waxy layer it left on my skin. I decided to check the ingredient list to see what was causing all of my issues with this cream. The ingredient list is off the hook! I am disappointed! I am returning it but what a waste of time. Not to mention I have to figure out how to calm my skin down now. This was supposed to be my calming cream. Pfft! OUCH
