This is my second batch of Colan cleanse. The first one I got was the one that was referred by Dr. Oz. It was the free trail, which actually ended up costing me an arm and a leg (because I didn't cancel within 14 days). But it worked amazing. I took it along with 60% Garcinia but I lost 25 pounds in a little over a month, but more importantly, I lost inches. I didn't change my eating all that much. I still induldged in my treats when I wanted but drank lots and lots of water. I wanted to continue GC and a colan cleanse but didn't want to get caught up in another subscription so I ordered this here. I have been taking it, along with the GC for almost 2 weeks. I am sad to say that I haven't saw much results with this. I almost feel constipated all the time so maybe I am doing something wrong. I will continue taking it and change some things up and maybe I will start to see some pounds drop.

I ordered this product with a bit of skepticism since my only experience with colon cleansing has been via a primary physician for a colonscopy and that was not pleasant. However, I took the risk and started it and I have to say there is quite the progress! It does not cause any cramping or pain and you do not feel like you must go all of a sudden... On day three I did have slight cramps but only that day. ( I only take two a day with a full glass of water.) For statistical purposes, I am a 52 year old female, about 20 lbs overweight.... I am 5'7'' and weighted about 172 when I started taking these three weeks ago. I have lost about five pounds and I do not really exercise! This has motivated me to start exercising and so I have gotten as far as stretching. haha! However, I am still feeling lighter in weight and have started drinking more water. Note: Although I do not exercise much, I also do not consume much processed food or fast food or soda. So in all fairness I think some of the success is also due to a bit of participation. I had started using these because I had made some healthy changes in my life and needed something to help detox due to my unhealthy eating habits. The first day I only took one and it had already started working. On day 2 I had had four bowel movement's and was already down 3 pounds. On day 3 I started having horrible cramps. I'm not sure why because I had been drinking water and nothing but water and had been eating clean. On day 4 I had started vomiting and going to the bathroom around the clock. I was very sick and thought maybe I had caught a bug but no one else I lived with had gotten sick and my husband told me to stop taking the pills. I stopped and have felt fine and have decided to go more natural with smoothies to detox than with pills.

I am using this is combination with 80% HCA Pure Garcinia Cambogia Premium Extract (Health Plus Prime) and I have lost 6 lbs in two weeks. The inches have fallen off of me and in the areas where fat is stored. I am 5'9 and generally 145 so I am pretty lean. I have had trouble areas since I don't digest several foods and my body stored these as toxins- fat. I have lost inches in the thighs,below my butt, and my lower abdomen and love handles.I take one pill 30 min before lunch and 30 minutes before lunch. I have taken this for 25 days and I just ordered my second bottle. At first, you will find yourself needing a rest room quickly after eating but this does subside after the first 10-14 days. I now have regular movement (there is a lot) and these happen after lunch and in the am. This is definitely where the waste is going. This isn't glamorous, but this product helped me get on a regular schedule. I feel like it is very important to go everyday and get the waste out. I use this product with their hunger suppressant - Garcinia Cambogia. I take 2 capsule at night before bed with 8 ounces of water. This product works better if you eat clean and drink lots of water during the day. The better I eat the easier it is to go.I don't feel like this product has helped me loose weight. You need to diet and exercise to loose weight. This product just helps you get your digestive system working right.

I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago to use in addition to another weight lost product I was buying. I was happy when it came in the mail, but skeptical because I was unsure of how my body would react to taking a colon cleansing pill. Although I am not a big fan of the pill size nor it being a capsule (I hate taking capsules because no matter how much water I drink, I still feel like they are in my throat), I am glad I bought the product. I feel like this product helps keep my body clean of toxins and will definitely purchase it again in the future.

I have been using this product for a couple weeks now. At first it was great! A gentle cleanse. It did appear I had less bloating. I was impressed and feeling great! Then all the sudden nothing. I would go a couple days and nothing. So I upped it to 3 pills a day ( I was taking two) and it is still not as affective as in the beginning (first week) of using it. I will continue till the bottle is gone and hope for better results as I finish what I have.

I took 2 every morning when I woke up with a full glass of water. It worked great and I can really say that I noticed that I went to the bathroom at least once a day, which was more than normal for me. I felt absolutely no cramping or aching like I would with taking some laxatives; every day felt normal for me.I didn't change my eating habits or take it in conjunction with Garcinia Cambogia so I can't say that I lost any weight, but I would be willing to give it another chance and try it that way. I don't see why it wouldn't work though!Good product!
