Absolutely delicious good make

I used to take shall we say ordinary honey in mornings with tea , it sort of helped my grogginess but looked into manuka honey and it's better benefits this grade is more better for me in the mornings and have switched ut to taking it in a mug of warm water and adding 2 teaspoons, I definitely feel better taking this may work though for some or not. Buts it's delicious as well and lasts long for me !

Bought for its healing properties, I've used it in my coffee when I had a sore throat and it sorted it, i didn't get a cold!I've also used it in my dogs food when he was abit run down, he loved it!Its good quality and reasonably priced
