These are not 72 square feet as currently listed on Amazon. The package is mislabeled as 72 square feet. A package contains 6 pieces which are 2 x 2 for a total of 24 square feet. 72 square feet should be 3 packages. These were purchased directly from Amazon, which relied upon the manufacturer's mislabeled square footage. This is an absurd price for only 24 square feet.

These tiles are among the best priced on Amazon and you might think it lacks quality because of that, but that is certainly not the case here. The tiles are correctly labeled as 2ft x 2ft and 3/8 in thick. I have bought foam tiles in the past and those had issues with slipping on our hardwood surface. These tiles have a bumpy webbed surface underneath which clearly takes care of potential sliding issues. Unlike another reviewer here, I received the correct number of tiles per order (18) for a total of 72sqft. If that person had contacted the seller I'm sure their issue would have been resolved.Unfortunately for me I actually had to return the tiles. I wanted the oak yellow color that was pictured to match the oak hardwood I have in my home, but the color tile I received was a more pale color that didn't match well. I contacted the seller and they reached out to me within a couple of hours on a Friday evening! They communicated with me over the weekend and I was able to process a return very quickly!I wish I could have kept these awesome quality tiles, but in my case I needed to be picky about the color. I ordered these with the intent of "installing" them directly on my basement floor for my kids to play on. The basement is unfinished but over 1,000 sq feet of space so I hate not being able to utilize the space. After reading numerous reviews stating the square footage in the packaging was incorrect, I ordered only 1 set and held my breath. The order arrived today and I cannot say how impressed I am with this product!! It is exactly as described. It latches together wonderfully and is very soft for my kids to be able to play on comfortably. I will absolutely be ordering more and placing in the basement until we are ready to fully renovate the area.

Better than expected! Good color, looks like laminate floor at first glance. Used it to cover concrete slab for home office. Provides warmth and comfort for bare feet. Easy to install; no glue or tape, trim with a box cutter. Interlocking tabs keep it together. Too soft for office chair to roll but bought a polycarbonate chair mat which solved that problem. My dogs don't damage it with claws but cats might(?). Affordable, easy to clean. Heavy furniture does leave compression marks but cheap enough to replace a piece if you like to move your furniture around. Perfect choice for my space! Would be great as a temporary cover for tile floors for elderly to prevent a broken hip from falls or for small kids running around. Fast shipping!

Bought this set around 1 year ago - at first, they looked good. Sadly after about month 5 or 6, the tiles started to fade, primarily the ones closest to the windows. And to make matters worse the fading was not uniform. So I now have faded tiles (of varying shades) that don't look that good. I wish I had gone with a solid color and not a print.

Perfect for my needs. I am using them to cover the walls inside my camping trailer. Very minimal offgassing odor - I only smelled it when it was right next to my face. Less sturdy than some I have used, but only slightly. I was concerned that the sq footage was wrong because of other reviews, but I got all 72 sq ft at an exceptional price. Less than .5 in thick.

I use this at livingroom for my elderly parents. I don't recommend using it on top of carpet since it moves around.It's foam pad which have good insulation value with noise reduction.Tile joints don't stay flat with each other since I use it on carpetted area.I am going to put clear packaging tape on all joints.Edge pieces broke easily when my father moved desk chair with wheel on the pad.

Less expensive than other similar choices but thickness of foam tile was actually 1/4"~3/8", not 1/2" as advertised. No bad chemical odor, easy to cut when needing size adjustments but am little concerned about durability. We'll see. I have done another project using a 1/2" foam interlocking tile, cushion feel is different.
