Old Croc Old Croc Cheese Sharp cheddar, 7 oz

This is without a doubt, one of, if not THE best sharp cheddars I've ever had. My Walmart carries it, and I'm getting a couple more after work tonight. Try this stuff, you can't go wrong.Flavor: complex, creamy, with an excellent aroma (no crunchy curds like in Irish cheese), yet delicate, It will only yield its full flavor if you eat it slowly, working it in the roof of your mouth, over the teeth and through the cheeks. I recommend you try it alone first, then pair it with something with a submissive flavor, cracked pepper & olive oil triskets perhaps.Update 1-20-2018: Still love the cheese, was worried about the insane shipping cost. BUT...if you order bulk no worries. I got mine from Mindi cheese shop (sorry for misspelling). Excellent shipping, Exquisite cheese. Pacaging was extraordinary, will be my ole croc hookup from now on!!!!

I managed one of the busiest delis on the planet for 15 years. I have tasted cheese from every nation that produces cheese. This is by far the worst cheese I have ever tasted. I opened several packages of this cheese and every one of them had moisture in it leading to souring. This makes cheese taste like vomit. ANYONE who thinks this cheese is good has never tasted a Good cheese. Do yourself a favor and go find extra sharp Cabot president reserve or extra sharp Tillamook, that is what cheese should taste like.

As others have said it has a great taste but mine crumbles into pieces as soon as a cut a slice.

OMG 😮!! Yasss! This cheese is so good. It reminds me of this cheese I used to buy at Trader Joe’s called 1000 year old cheese that’s in a wedge form. I buy the bag that has the small individually wrapped snack sizes. It’s probably too sharp for kids to eat, more of an adult taste. I get mine at Walmart.

This is a wonderfully sharp treasure. A real bargain, too.
