I wanted to try this for sleeping issues or restless legs and it worked really well and is priced great. It is a lot warmer than I was expecting. I tried it under my normal comforter and got way to hot so I have to pick on or the other or just use it when napping on the couch. The beads stay in their pockets so it stays evenly weighted.

We got the 15 pound blanket, as their chart said for MY weight. It has improved the feeling of our bed... SO CRAZY COZY!! We went my my weight, hubby weighs more than I do- so, I didn't want it too heavy. You don't feel swallowed & it's not so heavy that it "self-wraps" around you- but you can tuck it in or place it however you wish. It only moves when you do. We're both actually sleeping better! The blanket is NOT hot & is working very well with our other blankets. I put it in a special duvet that I had bought previously, that matches our bedding. Read ALL info & DON'T wash regularly... spot clean by hand... Until you hand wash & line dry. IT'S WORTH IT!!*** WILL DEFINITELY MAKE YOU FEEL MORE SECURE & SAFE- ESPECIALLY GREAT FOR ANY SLEEPING CHILD- TRUST ME!!WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I have had this blanket for a year and a half, and love, it is hot in the summer, but still need the weight to sleep. I was able to wash it, because the puppy peed on it... grrr. But it is holding up and still works well. I only wish it wasn't so hot. Not 5 stars because it doesn't have a cover to wash.

I have used this now for several weeks. Bottom line ....I like it....BUT...I would strongly....STRONGLY recommend that if you purchase the queen, that YOU are the only one in the bed. The dimensions, while they say 'queen', it is ONLY the top part of the mattress.....NOTHING hangs over. So if you're sleep alone, stay in the middle of the bed....but if their are two of you, you would be struggling for covers....there simply is NOT enough 'top' blanket to cover two people comfortably. If I'd had the additional monies, I would have ordered the king size to avoid that tugging for blankets as everyone 'rolls' under the covers. Very deceiving w/ the wording 'queen'...as there is NOTHING that hangs over the side. And tho I bought a specific duvet for it (w/ interior ties) I have used my queen size, hang over the sides, duvet cover that I use for my down comforter.....so that when I turn and toss, I can grasp the duvet to yank the blanket over me. I really.................really don't like the sizing.....UPDATE.... absolutely do not buy this if, there is more than one of you! If you happen to roll toward the middle your back will be completely uncovered. Again I will say this is not like a queen size comforter or blanket this is simply a queen size top. It does not go over the sides and it will not keep you covered you will be fighting all for covers. The title of this is actually deceptive marketing because while it says it is a 60 x 80 queen-size it is really only a 60 x 80 topper. I really like this blanket but if you have a queen size bed you need to order the next size up. Tonight I got so frustrated that I actually turned the blanket sideways so that the 80 inches would hang over the side of the bed and my feet would probably stick out uncovered. But I could no longer stand trying to fight With this blanket to stay covered. Deceptive marketing of the title, buy the next size up for your queen size bed. If I could have afforded it I would have, especially what I know now experiencing it. It’s a very nice blanket but it will not cover you it will only cover the top of your mattress.

I'm a tough 110-120 lb woman who can handle a 15 lb blanket right? Wrong!!!!! Please opt for the blanket size that is 10% of your body weight. I thought I could handle one that is a few pounds up, but after the 3rd night my chest and upper back ached. I know it might cost less to get the heavier blanket ($10 less @-@) or is the right length and width to fit your bed, but please don't get one that is too heavy for your body to manage.It's a real disappointment too, the blanket would be perfect if I was the right size for it. So I couldn't possibly give this blanket anything less than 5 stars when it was my fault.The stitching looks amazing and the beads are evenly distributed in secure square patches across the whole blanket. I did read the concerns people had in the reviews and questions before and after buying and the only one people were worried about is that the beads move to the sides. I thought that too when I first tried the blanket but later realized that couldn't possibly happen when the beads are sewed in individual squares where the beads can't move from place to place. It's more likely the fact that the blanket is bunched up to the sides of you along with the heavy excess parts of the blanket that don't cover your body. Also, the beads are like the size of dehydrated Orbeez and don't make a sound when you move underneath the blanket (so they aren't big enough to playfully roll with your index finger and thumb lol). To my surprise you can actually wash the blanket in washing machine (on cold). So not only did I get the wrong size, but I bought a duvet from Belk for no reason. *Cries in Generation Z* wahhhhhhh

I am happy with this blanket.Helps me relax.Everyone in the house likes to use it.Covers full body.I do shake it about to redistribute the beads so they don't collect in one area.I use this while relaxing on the couch.I do not sleep with it.It is heavy as expected.
