These Nano clones work just fine, but are not as plug and play as the real deal. You need to install a driver for the CH340G communication chip to make them work (on either PC or Mac). With the latest version of IDE you would select Arduino Nano, and specify the 'Old Bootloader' configuration. The current version of the authentic Arduino Nano uses Optiboot, which frees up 1.5K of programming space, giving you 31.5K of space for code, instead of 30K of space that you get with these clones. I have been unable to flash Optiboot to this device. So as long as you aren't running big projects, this is a great deal.

The board seems to work fine, however setting the Arduino IDE program to the board setting for 'nano' will cause upload errors, after having played with many settings it turns out that you have to go to the board setting and select "Arduino duemilanove or diecimila" under the tools tab. it would have been nice if this board came with some documentation or if it mentioned this on the product description. Hopefully this helps out anyone else who has issues with uploading code to the board.

This works well with the arduino IDE, though I found that you have to select older bootloader option in the GUI. Otherwise, this seems fully compatible with the official Nano.I really like the Nano as it fits on a breadboard, which makes prototyping very simple and clean.

I uses it to flash BLheli suite my brushless ESC. I also use it for some projects at home.

I am still playing around with this one, but..It seems very capable. Once I found the appropriate settings, the Arduino program interface didn't have a problem. It may not have addressable EEPROM, as it errors out when you try to use it.Very nice regardless, especially for the price!

My husband was super excited to get this. He builds all kinds of things with arduinos. He says it is perfect for his needs. Nice quality for a great price!

Both units failed to connect with computer to upload sketches. Tried many of the suggestions found here and elsewhere, including switching the board identification to Due/Decimilia, using the old boot loader, using a different computer, uploading updated FTDI drivers, pressing the reset switch, changing usb cables, etc. THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION WITH THIS PRODUCT.
