Not particularly satisfied I was hoping it would cool my bedroom down and I added the ice trays and even added ice cubes like it said and added water and that’s exactly what it is a mini swamp cooler and it’s ok it blows cool air but I still have to go buy a portable air conditioner but with a portable ac and this unit it should be better but this definitely does not cover the heat like ac would do and I took my chances even though I still like it enough and it helps and they did state that when I bought it but was hoping it would help more than it actually does but still good enough to keep and add to portable ac

It works petty well at coooling. A bit expensive for Whats essentially a nice fan, but it works better than my cheap regular fans. I like that it doesnt make my skin and eyes dry like AC.it is a bit of work to clean.

This is not going to cool a room. Period.If you have it really close, it will blow cool air if you have the ice containers in main tank and ice container or cubes in top tank on you.Don’t think its worth the cost.

Zero stars (was forced to put at least one but really it’s zero) . I bought this AC because I am on a first floor apartment in a bad area so I can not have a window AC. I bought it a few weeks before I left for a trip to be sure it came in on time to be available for the lady that was going to be watching my dogs. While I was away I was told the AC wasn’t working. I looked online to find all troubleshooting options, tried them all, nothing worked. I called Amazon for help and got zero help and was told to call the manufacturer number that they emailed to me, when I called the number I was told it was the wrong number and they don’t sell this product… called Amazon back and told them what happened, was just told they can’t do anything about it and since it was 9 days passed my return time that I could not get a replacement either. So I completely lost $150 over a product that hasn’t worked since the first use of it and apparently not a single person to call for help on fixing the product or getting it exchanged. Absolute trash, and so is the Amazon costumer service

There are some items that are packaged so well you expect an excellent product. I don't usually comment on the outer shipping box, but this item's packaging, beginning with outer box indicates considerable thought went into every detail. Once you open the box an easy to understand instruction sheet is placed right at the top.The fan is quiet on the lower of 3 speeds. The remote is very well laid out and the weight is light enough to easily move it from room to room.As for the cooler my only criticism is that the water tray is accessible from the back of the unit.It has not been hot enough to use the unit as an air conditioner. I will update.

It did produce cold air and lower room temp but it also made it too humid as a trade off.

Literally 5 days after the return window closed this unit started leaking water all over the floor, and doesnt blow further than a few inches from the machine. There is no cracks in the resovior, the pump SEEMS to be working. I cleaned the filters and hoses. It's not making any noises. BUT I have water everywhere and the air doesn't blow far. Figures it happens right after I can't return it.
