I purchased the Arm & Hammer Diaper Pail from Munchkin and have been using it mainly for hygiene items like cleansing wipes, diaper wipes that can't be flushed, and sanitary napkins. Even though it's designed for diapers, it's perfect for my personal use because I don't like throwing these items into the regular trash, especially in the summer when odors can be a problem. This diaper pail has been excellent at controlling odors, thanks to the lavender-scented baking soda and the patented self-sealing lid. It's easy to set up, and the disposal refill rings and bags are simple to snap into place. The side door allows for quick and convenient removal. Overall, this diaper pail has been incredibly useful and effective at keeping my space odor-free!

I use this non-traditionally in my garage as a poo poo pail for my dog so I can collect his waste discreetly without having to see a bunches of poop sacks everywhere. I've used this through Spring, Summer, Fall and now into Winter. I get the Arm and Hammer scent pucks and change them out every 2+ weeks to keep the smell down but it's brilliant. Easy to swap out the orange sacks. I get the single bags, not the ring of continuous bags where you have to tie a know in the bottom (those aren't quick and easy). The single bags come in a box of 20. It's so easy. The bags and pucks are on subscription ship. The pucks do a great job in the middle of scorching summer keeping the smell at bay. I change the pucks more often in the summer because eeewww. Start thinking out side the box for uses.

Used the UBBI pail for our first child and while it worked well the smell that it emitted every time we opened the top was HORRENDOUS. With this pail the puck lives in the lid which helps the smell significantly and the design of the cinch when closing the lid also helps seal in any stinky diapers that may be inserted. Would absolutely recommend to new parents looking for a pail.

Anyone with a baby will eventually need something like this for their dirty diapers.

Only complaint would be size, wish it held more. Definitely contains the smell and works with multiple bag options.

I saw someone post on TikTok about using this for her dog poop outside, and omg it was brilliant! I got it for that purpose too, and it’s a game changer. I bet it would be great for diapers too, but highly highly recommend to put poop bags into to help cut down the smell and easy to put in there and block smell, and throw away the big bag filled up super easy.

I have both versions (two story home) and love both of them. Definitely the taller one with the foot pedal is my favorite since it helps you to keep a hand on the baby all times. With the small one I just put the dirty diaper on top the pail, finish with the baby and after that I put it inside that way, one hand is always on the baby . We always put the wet towels inside the diaper and closed the diaper well, we regularly clean the diaper pail too and also take our the trash at least every two days to avoid strong odors, but it works, our baby is 9 months and those diapers smells very bad since she started solids 3 months ago, my family can’t stand the odor but no one complains once the diapers are inside either pails.

I’ve had this diaper pail for almost 5 years and it still does it’s job. It holds the smell pretty good even without the freshener inserts that are sold separately. Of course when you open it to throw your diaper away the odor hits you but when it’s closed you do smell a thing. This is a must have for your registry.
